Angkor Wat at sunrise — Cambodia
— Destination —

Cambodia

Angkor Wat, the Mekong and Phokeethra golf. A country that rewards curiosity more than almost anywhere on earth — if you know where to look beyond the obvious.

Cambodia is the destination that surprises people most — and the one they talk about longest after they return.

Most visitors arrive for Angkor Wat and leave having experienced something they didn't expect: a country of extraordinary warmth, remarkable resilience, and a culture that runs far deeper than the temples. Phnom Penh has quietly become one of Southeast Asia's most interesting cities — its food scene, its riverside setting, its complex history told with extraordinary honesty. The coast at Kep and Kampot offers a slower, greener counterpoint. And for golfers, Phokeethra Country Club in Siem Reap sits among the finest courses in the region. Cambodia has been underestimated for long enough. We have been sending guests there for years, and we have never had one come back disappointed.

Where We Send You

Angkor Wat, Siem Reap
— Northwest Cambodia —

Siem Reap & Angkor

The temples, the town and Phokeethra golf. Siem Reap has evolved into a genuine destination beyond the ruins.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia
— Capital —

Phnom Penh

The Royal Palace, the riverfront, the Silver Pagoda, and a food scene that has quietly become one of Asia's best.

Temple ruins, Cambodia
— South Coast —

Kep & Kampot

Pepper plantations, crab from the market, French colonial architecture and a pace of life that belongs to another era.

Ta Prohm, Cambodia
— Off the Trail —

Beyond Angkor Wat

Preah Vihear, Banteay Srei, the temples most visitors walk past. We know which ones justify the detour.

— Golf in Cambodia —

Phokeethra — the finest course in Cambodia.

Phokeethra Country Club in Siem Reap is one of the genuine surprises of Asian golf — a Nick Faldo-designed championship course in extraordinary condition, set against the backdrop of the ancient Khmer landscape. Playing Phokeethra in the early morning, before the heat builds, is an experience that stays with you.

We combine Phokeethra with Angkor temple visits, Mekong river experiences and Phnom Penh to create Cambodia itineraries that justify the journey entirely on their own.

— What We Arrange —

Cambodia beyond the surface.

The temples of Angkor are extraordinary — but Cambodia offers so much more than any two-day whistle-stop itinerary captures. We build Cambodia trips that go deeper: private sunrise access to Angkor Wat before the crowds, a private boat along the Tonle Sap Lake, afternoons in Phnom Penh's markets and riverfront restaurants, time in Kampot's pepper farms and Kep's crab shacks.

For guests combining Cambodia with Vietnam or Thailand, we build the connections carefully — ensuring the travel itself doesn't diminish the experience at either end.

  • Private sunrise access to Angkor Wat — before the tour groups arrive
  • Helicopter tours over the Angkor temple complex
  • Tonle Sap Lake floating village tours by private boat
  • Tuktuk food tours of Phnom Penh's street markets
  • Pepper farm visits and cooking experiences in Kampot
  • Phokeethra golf — packages including accommodation and transfers
  • Multi-country itineraries: Cambodia + Vietnam + Thailand

When to Go

Best time to visit

November — April

Dry season, cooler temperatures, clear skies. The best conditions for Angkor, golf and the coast. November is particularly special — the Bon Om Touk Water Festival often falls here.

Wet season

May — October

Heavy rain but the landscape turns dramatically green. The Tonle Sap floods and the floating villages move. Still very visitable — a different and often more intimate experience.
